Scribbles

I want to scribble again after a period of dryness for words. Now that my daughter is eight months old, I can hear the call of ideas shouting inside my head again. Although I have not put my way of expressing a thought into practice, I’m willing to give it another shot. With a bit of luck, I wish to be enthused once more.

Hidden tears

the place seems so calm today,
people doing their usual task
person above resumes yesterday’s conversation,
stillness seems bearable

the puff of air from the air conditioner changes direction
but her serenity passes by without notice,
there are concealed tears
except turbulence is mute

every fleeting look stabs her,
petrified faces pour
the silence becomes alarming

now is not a common day
something is on fire
something is wrong
this must end…
